I greatly enjoyed to be here, everything was perfect. The best part were the very friendly staff. The double room was large with a refrigerator. A microwave and refrigerators were a plus. Location: the hotel was near Gravenhurst. No complaints, the venue met what was needed.

Close to amenities but cleanliness issues
Issues such as dirty toilet seats, bugs in the room, and unclean bedding made for a less than pleasant experience. the lack of cleanliness overshadowed the convenient location.

the staff at Muskoka Nights were incredibly helpful and quick to resolve any questions I had. They even went above and beyond by replacing the curtains in my room within an hour of my request. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors. the cotton bed linen was a bonus for someone with sensitive skin like me. the renovated bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the room had all the necessary amenities like a fridge, microwave, and kettle. Cons: Can't fault anything about it! 👍.

The motel location was perfect after a breathtaking night of star gazing. The room was clean, cozy, and unbelievably comfortable, allowing me to sleep like a baby. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room had no smell whatsoever - no smoke, dust, or outdated odors. The cotton bed linen was a dream, as it didn't make me itchy like synthetic materials often do. The renovated bathroom was spotless, and the room even had a fridge, microwave, and kettle for my convenience. The staff was incredibly kind and quick to address any questions or concerns I had, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The spaciousness of the room was jaw-dropping, easily 1.5x to 2x larger than a typical room. Additionally, the newly installed curtains were a wonderful touch, blocking out any unwanted light. The lack of traffic noise due to the room's positioning was an added bonus. my experience at this motel was mind-blowing, and I can't wait to return during the winter skiing season.

Convenient location close to amenities and a short distance from downtown
Helpful and quick-acting staff who were responsive to questions and requests. Appreciated the presence of a fridge, microwave, and kettle for added convenience during the stay
Room had a moldy odor and bugs on the ceiling and front door, making it difficult to enter without letting more bugs in. No refund provided for the second day, despite canceling due to a family emergency and struggling to reach someone at the hotel for assistance.
